What makes AIRvan Consulting different?

AIRvan Consulting becomes a partner with each client on every project. We take time to listen to the needs, understand the environment and determine how the research results will be used. Then, we adapt "standard" research techniques such as customer satisfaction and loyalty to meet a specific need.  Furthermore, our talented team uses the latest and most technologically advanced analytical and data collection tools to insure all research is conducted and analyzed effectively. We not only deliver findings but, as consultants, we provide fact-based conclusions and recommendations. Our work is based on clearly defined objectives so that results will be actionable.

We specialize in research for communication programs and use our combined experience in public relations, marketing, advertising, psychology and statistics to enhance our clients' business.

Our process:
Phase One:
  Listening and Objective Setting
In this phase, we meet with client decision makers to ask questions and to listen. We work to understand the purpose of the research and how the results will be used.  We develop written objectives and identify the target audiences, budget and timeline.

Phase Two: Proposal and Agreement
We offer the a written proposal with options and include a timeline and budget for review and discussion. When the client selects an option we sign a contract which includes written objectives, details, deliverables, fees and timeline.

Phase Three:  Implementation and Data Collection
The research process can vary. Some projects might require in-depth interviews with high level executives on sensitive issues. Some projects might require hundreds of telephone or web interviews. A "quick" project might involve telephone polling on a specific issue or asking questions online. Some projects involve ongoing tracking studies in which we conduct interviews every week or month for a year or more. During the project, we provide regular updates to the client.

Phase Four:  Analysis and Reporting
This is a phase in which our value-added services set us apart. Not only do we have state-of-the art data analysis capabilities, but our team also has direct experience in advertising, marketing, public relations, psychology, and strategy planning which allows us to make actionable conclusions and recommendations. We provide written reports and in-person discussions of the results.

Phase Five:  Action and Follow-up
Our relationship doesn't have to end with the report. We can conduct strategic planning sessions or workshops to assist our clients in using the research results to improve operations, build communications programs, or set strategic goals.
