Suzi Shapiro, PhD, Senior Consultant
Suzi Shapiro, PhD, has more than 20 years experience and expertise in human behavior and interaction with technology. She has worked as a professor, usability consultant and web designer. Her graduate work in human factor psychology focused on the visual display of information. She is a certified usablity analyst.
Suzi holds MA and PhD degrees from the University of South Dakota in Experimental/Human Factors Psychology and currently teaches psychology at Indiana University East in Richmond.
